The Cowboys have signed former Chargers DE Igor Olshansky to a 4 year $18 million deal. Olshanskyis a perfect fit as a 3-4 end and Wade Phillips knows him well from their time together in San Diego. Olshansky is strong as an ox but doesn't provide much in the way of a pass rush. He will replace Chris Canty who signed with the Giants and be solid against the run...
The Chargers have resigned guard Kynan Forney to a 2 year deal worth $4.8 million. The kicker... he was on the team last year and never got off the bench. They better hope he starts this year. He is a good guard but a smaller more athletic type than the Chargers normally use. He was very good in Atlanta with the zone blocking scheme before coming to San Diego...
